HAND BRUSH FILAMENTS
The filaments of our hand brushes are made of PBT polyester, which are fastened with stainless steel staples from their base, preventing any type of detachment from them. This material is used for its great capacity to withstand high disinfection temperatures (+120ºC/+248ºF), in addition to the fact that it does not absorb water, which is ideal for maintaining its rigidity and recovering from the bending of the filaments.
HANDLE OF HAND BRUSHES
One of the most important sections of a hand brush is the handle, these are made of virgin polypropylene, which offers greater resistance and prevents the brush operator from having any type of contact with the surface.
ERGONOMIC BRUSHES
Our brushes are designed with an ergonomic shape that helps reduce fatigue at the time of use, making it easier to maintain a proper posture when carving areas.
MULTIPURPOSE BRUSHES
We carry three different styles: small, wide with a long handle and another with a long handle with an angle that allows cleaning in curved places. These brushes handle bristles that can be soft and blunt, medium soft or hard.
BAKER BRUSHES
Bakers brushes are divided into five different types, which differ from each other according to the hardness of their bristles.
- smooth and blunt
- smooth
- medium
- hard
- mixed (hard on the tip and soft on the rest of the bristles).
These brushes are characterized by being thin, light, ergonomic and facilitate the cleaning of any area.
To know, of these five types of bakery brushes, which one is ideal for your activities, you should know:
- Flagged material are recommended for washing and rinsing
- soft ones for powders,
- the pavements to sweep,
- hard bristles for carving
- mixed for carving with the bristles of the tip and removed with the soft part.
RUBBER EDGE BRUSHES
We have four different types that differ from one another because they have different types of hardness in their filaments:
- Flagged material: They help us remove fine particles such as flour, powdered food, etc.
- Soft and blunt: They help to retain soap or water more effectively.
- Firm: They are used for soft carvings, where the unwanted material is not very adhered.
- Hard: They are indicated to remove material that is very attached to the surface.
The rubber edge is made to protect delicate surfaces from any kind of damage. In addition, its material makes it easier to grip the brush in wet processes.
DISINFECTION OF HAND BRUSHES
Finally, a very important point is to know how hand brushes can be disinfected before and/or after use, there are different ways such as immersing them in boiling water, to reduce their bacterial load; use chemicals such as quaternary salts, iodine base or hydrogen peroxide; as well as using autoclave sterilization, to completely eliminate the bioburden.
